PROCEDURE FOR TIES

  • For the team competition, all ties will be broken using the USGA suggested method of matching score cards (i.e. Holes 10-18, etc.) from the final round. The purse for the professional on the low team will be divided equally among those tied for first place.
  • For the professional competition, the USGA suggested method of matching scorecards (i.e. Holes 10-18, etc.) from the final round will be used to determine who receives the trophy. The purse will be divided equally among those tied for first place.

SCORECARDS & LIVE SCORING

Each team is responsible for entering the individual gross score for each player on each hole. If a player does not finish the hole, he records an “X” for that hole. Net scores, team totals, and the skins competition will be calculated by the tournament committee. Individual scores will be posted as “C” scores by the tournament committee at the conclusion of each round.

A representative from each team is encouraged to enter hole-by-hole scores into the USGA Tournament Management app. Within the app, players will be able to view live hole-by-hole results, including the skins competition! Live results will also be available at scgajunior.org/copi. Please note that live scoring is not official, and the tournament scorecard must be returned for official scoring and results.
